Editing Pipeline
The only platform with built-in editor management. Assign editors, track RAW downloads, run QC review, and handle revisions with specific notes — all in one flow.
Assigning editors and tracking work
When a photographer uploads RAW files to an order, you assign an editor (or the system can suggest one based on workload). Editors see their queue in a dedicated portal: they can accept or decline assignments. Once accepted, they download the RAW files — and we track when they did (downloadedAt timestamp), so you know the handoff happened. No more “did you get the files?” in a group chat.
Stages: RAW, Edited, Staged, Final
Media is organized by stage. Photographer uploads go into RAW. The editor uploads edited files into EDITED. If you use virtual staging, those can go into STAGED. Final client-ready assets live in FINAL. Each stage is clearly labeled so nothing gets mixed up. You (or a lead editor) run QC on the edited set: approve and push to delivery, or send back with revision notes. Revisions are tied to the order and the editor, with specific notes (e.g. “Photo 7 — fix color cast in kitchen”) so the editor knows exactly what to change.
QC review and revision workflow
Before any media reaches the client, it goes through QC. You review the set, approve it, or request revisions with notes. The editor sees the request, makes changes, and re-uploads. The cycle repeats until you approve. Due dates are set at the order level; overdue orders are flagged so you can follow up. Admin skip workflow lets you upload final files yourself and bypass the editor when needed (e.g. you shot and edited it, or it’s a rush fix).
