• Order and booking data: Property addresses, client names and contact details, service selections, access instructions, and any notes you or your clients provide in connection with orders.
• Media files: Photos, videos, and other files you or your team upload to orders (e.g., RAW files, edited images) for the purpose of delivering the service.
• Payment information: Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers; we receive and store payment status and transaction identifiers as needed for order and billing purposes.
• Usage data: Log data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited) and usage patterns to operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Skyline OS platform.
• Process orders, manage team access, and deliver media to your clients.
• Send transactional emails (e.g., order confirmations, delivery links, password resets) and, with your consent, marketing or product updates.
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the service.
• Improve our product, fix issues, and ensure security and compliance.
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to run the service:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Clerk — Authentication and user management. Account and sign-in data is handled per their policies.
• Vercel — Hosting and edge infrastructure.
• Supabase / AWS — Database and data storage.
• Cloudflare R2 — Secure storage for media files and assets.
• Resend — Transactional and notification emails.

These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that require them to protect your information and use it only to provide the service. These are the only third-party services that process your data. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. When you cancel your account, you have a 30-day grace period to export your data. After this period, all personal data, orders, media files, client information, and organization settings are permanently deleted within 30 days. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and operational requirements.
