- Payment information: Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers; we receive and store payment status and transaction identifiers as needed for order and billing purposes.
- Usage data: Log data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited) and usage patterns to operate, secure, and improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Skyline OS platform.
- Process orders, manage team access, and deliver media to your clients.
- Send transactional emails (e.g., order confirmations, delivery links, password resets) and, with your consent, marketing or product updates.
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the service.
- Improve our product, fix issues, and ensure security and compliance.

4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to run the service:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Clerk — Authentication and user management. Account and sign-in data is handled per their policies.
- Cloudflare R2 — Secure storage for media files and assets.
- Resend — Transactional and notification emails.
These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that require them to protect your information and use it only to provide the service.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
