How long does setup take?
Most companies are up and running in under 30 minutes. Our onboarding wizard walks you through setting up your company, services, and team.
Can my photographers and editors access the platform?
Yes. Each team member gets their own portal. Photographers see their assignments and can accept/decline. Editors see their queue, download RAWs, and upload edited files.
Do agents need an account to book?
No. Your booking form is public. Agents fill it out without creating an account. They receive their photos via a delivery link — no login required.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays available for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything during that period.
Can I accept payments from my clients through Skyline OS?
Yes. Connect your Stripe account and you can send payment links, lock downloads behind payment, and get paid before delivering files.
