Stripe integration for order payments. Send payment links, lock downloads behind payment, and waive charges when you want. Get paid without chasing.
Stripe integration
Connect your Stripe account once in settings. After that, every order can have a payment status: Unpaid, Paid, or Waived. You send a payment link (which generates a Stripe Checkout URL) to the agent, or they pay directly on the delivery page when download lock is enabled. No need for the agent to create an account — they enter payment details, complete the charge, and downloads unlock automatically. You get paid before releasing files when you want; for trusted clients you can waive payment with one click.
Payment status and download lock
Each order shows its payment status in the dashboard. Unpaid orders can have “Send Payment Link” — the agent receives a link to Stripe Checkout for that order’s total. Once they pay, status flips to Paid and (if you use download lock) their delivery page unlocks downloads. You can mark an order as Waived when you’re comping the shoot or billing offline. Payment notifications (e.g. receipt or “payment received”) keep the agent in the loop. All of this works without the agent ever logging into Skyline OS — they just use the link you send or the one on the delivery page.
Waive payment for VIP clients
For repeat clients, referral partners, or one-off exceptions, you can waive payment from the order view. The order is marked Paid/Waived so it’s clear in your records, and the agent gets access to downloads without paying. You stay in control of who pays and who doesn’t, while keeping everything tracked in one place.
