The booking form
Agents see your company name, services, and pricing. They enter the property address (with Google Places autocomplete for accuracy), select which services they need — photography, drone, twilight, virtual staging — and see the total. Preferred date and time window, access instructions (lockbox code, agent present, etc.), and contact details are captured in one flow. No account required for the agent; they submit and receive a confirmation email.
Service selection and pricing
You configure your services in the admin (e.g. Standard Photography $175, Drone Add-on $100). The booking form shows these with clear labels and prices. Agents pick what they need; the total updates automatically. Add-ons like rush delivery or virtual staging appear as options. Everything you need to fulfill the order is captured at book time.
Confirmation and dashboard
As soon as an order is submitted, it appears in your admin dashboard with status “New.” You (and your team) see property address, services, requested date, access notes, and client contact. Confirmation emails go to the agent so they know the request was received. From the dashboard you assign a photographer, set due dates, and move the order through your workflow — all without leaving the platform.
